What’s New at The Chance Hub

At The Chance Hub, we are continuing to build connections, listen to families, and create supportive opportunities for children and young people with SEND, their parents, carers and the wider community.

This page is where we’ll share what we’re working on, where you can find us, and some of the community events and conversations we are part of.

Come and see us at the Luton Living Well Autistic Conference

We’re pleased to share that The Chance Hub will be hosting a stall at the Luton Living Well Autistic Conference 2026.

This is a special year, as the conference marks its 10th anniversary.

The event will bring together parents, carers, schools, professionals and community organisations to share learning around autism, neurodiversity and inclusion across Luton.

Date: Friday 10 July 2026
Time: 9am to 4pm
Venue: Stopsley Baptist Church, LU2 7XP
Cost: Free to attend, but places must be booked in advance (click for more info)

We’ll be there to speak with families and professionals about The Chance Hub, our work with SEND families, and our developing projects including the "Grow With Me"  pathway and wider support for children, young people and parents.

We’d love you to come and say hello!

✨SEND Jargon‑Buster Page

We’ve launched a clear, kind guide to help you understand common SEND terms and acronyms — with no jargon, no judgement, no assumptions.

We’ll keep adding new words as they appear. If we’ve missed anything, tell us — it helps other families too.
