At The Chance Hub, we are continuing to build connections, listen to families, and create supportive opportunities for children and young people with SEND, their parents, carers and the wider community.
This page is where we’ll share what we’re working on, where you can find us, and some of the community events and conversations we are part of.

On Friday 10 July 2026, The Chance Hub was proud to exhibit at the 10th anniversary of the Luton Living Well Autistic Conference.
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet parents, carers, professionals and community organisations from Luton and neighbouring areas, including Dunstable and Bedford. We had many inspiring conversations with families looking for guidance, reassurance and practical support.
One message came through loud and clear: many parents are concerned about what happens after Year 11 and post-16. Those conversations have reinforced our commitment to developing support that helps families feel less overwhelmed and more prepared for the future.
We were delighted to welcome visitors to our stand, with a number of parents and professionals choosing to stay connected with The Chance Hub. It was particularly encouraging to meet so many people who were discovering The Chance Hub for the very first time.
A heartfelt thank you to the Luton SENS Team for organising such a valuable event and to everyone who took the time to visit us. We look forward to building on the connections made and continuing to support SEND families across our community.
