At The Chance Hub, we are dedicated to supporting parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our mission is to empower families to navigate the complexities of the SEND system effectively and prepare their children and young people for the future.
Our journey is just beginning, and we want to grow alongside the parents and carers who know what it’s like — the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
We’ve been reaching out to SEND families across Luton, listening to their stories and collecting their words of wisdom.
You’re not alone — and together, we’re creating something hopeful.
At The Chance Hub, we’re laying the foundations for a brighter, more inclusive future for families, carers, and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Luton — with plans to grow across Bedfordshire.
We’re currently developing our services and partnerships, guided by what parents and carers tell us they need most. Below are the areas we plan to focus on as we build The Chance Hub together.

We know how challenging the SEND journey can feel — and we want to change that.
Our aim is to create safe, welcoming spaces where parents and carers can meet, share experiences, and support one another.
Future plans include wellbeing sessions, peer-support groups, and informal meetups designed to help families feel connected, informed, and re-energised.

As we grow, we want to help families take the lead in supporting their young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to gain confidence, build new skills, and explore future employment and volunteering opportunities.

As we grow, we want to help families take the lead in supporting their young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to gain confidence, build new skills, and explore future employment and volunteering opportunities.
Our aim is to encourage self-awareness — helping young people recognise their strengths, interests, and areas for growth — and to discover how their hobbies and passions can become transferable skills for work and life.
In time, The Chance Hub will create opportunities for young people with SEND to explore their potential, volunteer, and prepare for adulthood.
We plan to partner with inclusive employers, schools, and community organisations to offer supportive projects that build independence and confidence.

Our goal is to bring people together.
From coffee mornings to awareness days and family events, we want to celebrate achievements, share stories, and strengthen our community connections initially within Luton and then across Bedfordshire.
We know this journey can feel overwhelming - and you do not have to do this alone.
Our journey is just beginning, and together we can build support that gives every young person a real chance to shine.
Please keep checking back for updates, new workshops and opportunities.
